Honey Bear Cookies

Ingredients
3 Cups flour
1 Teaspoon baking soda
½ Teaspoon nutmeg
¼ Teaspoon allspice
½ Cup honey
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup wheat flour
1½ Teaspoons cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon cloves
1 Cup butter
1 Egg
Instructions

Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg, honey and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients a little at a time until well-blended. Wrap dough and chill 30 minutes.

Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8" thick. Cut out bears. Put on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake approximately 9 minutes in preheated 350° F oven.
