1 Egg, beaten

¼ Cup lime juice

½ Cup honey

1/8 Teaspoon salt

1/8 Teaspoon ground mace

1 Cup dairy sour cream

Combine egg, juice and honey, cook over low heat while stirring until thickened.

Blend in salt and mace, and cool.

Fold in sour cream. Chill.

Yield: 1½ cups dressing
