Honey Orange Fruit Rolls

Ingredients
1 Cup milk
¼ Cup butter
¼ Cup honey
¾ Teaspoon salt
2 Packages yeast
¼ Cup chopped nuts
¼ Cup chopped dates
¼ Cup dried cranberries, chopped
Grated peel from one orange
3 - 4 Cups flour
Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat milk, butter and honey until lukewarm. Add salt, orange rind and yeast. Let set 5 minutes.

Add fruits and nuts.

Add flour and mix with mixer. When too hard to use mixer, knead rest of flour in.

Make small buns, put on pan and bake in preheated 350° F oven for 20 minutes.

Make powdered sugar frosting (Crisco® butter shortening) and add orange rind. Frost with this and add cut orange rind and nuts for a topping.
