Milk 'n Honey Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup milk
2/3 Cup honey
¼ Cup margarine
1½ Cups all-purpose flour
1 Cup whole wheat flour
½ Cup wheat germ
1 Tablespoon baking powder
½ Teaspoon salt
Instructions

Combine milk, honey and margarine in a small saucepan. Heat just until margarine is melted. Cool for 10 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in milk mixture just until combined. Pour into a greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake in 325° F preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a cooling rack. Serve warm or toasted.

Yield: One loaf
