Pumpkin Drop Cookies

Ingredients
½ Cup butter
½ Cup brown sugar - packed
½ Cup honey
1 Egg
2 Cups sifted flour
½ Teaspoon baking powder
½ Teaspoon baking soda
½ Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
½ Teaspoon cloves
½ Teaspoon ginger
½ Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Cup cooked pumpkin
1 Cup chopped pecans
1 Cup raisins
Instructions

Cream butter, add brown sugar and honey; cream well. Beat in egg; blend in sifted dry ingredients and pumpkin alternately. Mix in pecans and raisins.

Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated 375° F oven for 15 minutes, cool.

Yield: 7 dozen
