Scalloped Honey Cookies

Ingredients
½ Cup margarine
½ Cup honey
2 Cups flour
1 Teaspoon baking soda
½ Teaspoon cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon cloves
¼ Teaspoon allspice
¼ Cup crushed bran flakes
Instructions

Cream margarine and honey. Sift flour, soda and spices, and mix in bran flakes. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Chill overnight.

Roll on lightly floured board to 1/8" thick. Cut with floured cookie cutter.

Bake in preheated 350° F oven for 8-10 minutes.

Blend 1 cup powdered sugar; 2 tablespoons honey; 2 teaspoons lemon juice and ½ teaspoon grated lemon peel. Spread on cooled cookies.
