Besides our distance M.S. degree program in entomology, UNL offers a certificate program and lifelong learning options. Courses can be taken for credit or for noncredit, depending on one's need and interest.
The For-credit Certificate Program offers students the opportunity to take graduate courses in their full rigor without committing to the M.S. degree program. Courses are fully transferable if the student later chooses to pursue an M.S. degree.
For those who are simply interested in learning more about entomology, and who do not need educational or professional credit, we offer a Lifelong Learning option. Students may purchase DVDs of course lectures. There are no assignments or tests - just high quality, university lectures to be viewed and absorbed at one's own pace.
