As Lead Scientist, the incumbent is responsible for the direction, supervision, and fiscal management of a research program that is composed of projects designed to facilitate the integration of Host Plant Resistance, Biological Control, and Cultural Practices into cropping system strategies for management of aphid pests of small grains.
