Insecticides for Control of Leafhoppers of Sugarbeets

Updated March 12, 2003 by Gary Hein and John Thomas

Economic Threshold:
Sugarbeet leafhoppers can transmit the curly top virus to sugarbeets. These insects rarely occur in Nebraska and curly top is not a problem. Therefore, in Nebraska treatment is not justified for this insect.

This list is not inclusive. See http://www.greenbook.net or other resources for additional registrations.
