| Demolition is now complete and framing will begin this week. Penetrations are being marked out. Radiators are all out and we will have forced air heat when we move back in. Good News; an entire new roof is scheduled to be added courtesy of the 309 funds. No leaks until after we all retire! There is a good condition acid cabinet and flame proof cabinet (see the pictures) removed from 303 (I believe). The pictures show a single cabinet but when the top is removed, they actually are two cabinets. Does anyone want either of them? |
