Generally the construction/remodeling effort is ahead of schedule. The plumbing crew that was working on the second floor during spring break week ran into delays when the concrete floor turned out to be 15” thick instead of the expected 4”. This slowed drilling considerably. They also had delays as they found several instances of failed or failing plumbing that needed to be repaired.
Other news is that a concrete pumping truck will be parked out front, probably late next week, alongside the dumpster. Concrete will be delivered to the attic to make a foundation for the new air handling system.
