Association of Public Health Laboratories offers fellowships

The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) is offering one-year, hands-on fellowships in state, local, territorial, and tribal public health laboratories. Fellows at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels will support important public health initiatives and gain competence in laboratory science while building skills to qualify for positions in public health laboratories.

APHL is recruiting for two classes of fellows—with assignments beginning in January 2022 and July 2022—and adding a new Internship Initiative, which will begin assignments in July 2022. Current fellowships focus on bioinformatics, environmental health, infectious disease, and newborn screening. Start your career with a public health laboratory and apply today!
